Mask Media Supply:
We are currently addressing a large influx of requests for n95 rated media to be converted into facemasks. We are responding to these requests as quickly as possible. We do have some capacity available and expect more to open up as industrial demand slows. Our nanofiber mask media use carriers from 25-70 GSM depending on what is needed at the end converting lines. If you are seeking mask materials please provide basis weight and stiffness requirements in the request along with what nonwoven polymer types are compatible for your process (PP, PET etc.). Having this information up front will greatly help speed up our response time.

We continue to see strong demand across all media categories, and have taken measures to bring in additional raw materials as an extra precaution to maintain a robust supply chain. We have taken proactive measures to ensure our employees are practicing the recommend “social distancing” protocols. We have also implemented additional, stringent sanitization procedures within our operations. At this time our supply chains remain operational, with no anticipated interruptions being communicated. We are asking for orders to be provided as early as possible as our lead times are running 1-2 weeks longer than normal as more of our capacity is being recruited for manufacturing medical related supplies.
